With this talk, Mark opened the teaching cycle for the Hard Light Center in 2009.  Major spiritual themes are woven together with masterful insight, encompassing the role of meditation and the various methods of meditations used in the Center, as well as the role of the Guru and Shaktipat.  Mark also addressed the importance of dissolving the ego along the path to enlightenment, and the obstacles that are in the way to doing so.
