Imagine the possibilities of the different ways to use this material – here are just a few ideas:

  • Take each meditation and devote one solid week to it – go deeply into that particular aspect of the teaching – then next week move on to another teaching.  In this way you could have three complete cycles of study each year.

  • Give each meditation its own number, and rotate through each one – a fresh one each day; two cycles each month.

  • Put a number in a hat, and randomly pull that meditation.  Let the universe pick your focus for the day. 

Some of the meditations are short – less than 10 minutes – some are long – over 70 minutes.  Each meditation has different music that plays during the 80 minute session (in some cases through out the meditation, in other cases following the talking section) – in this way, you also end up with a great library of meditation music as well.
