This is a 15 minute guided meditation taking the core concepts of The Breath Meditation and continuing to build on them to deepen the study of the prana. Prana is the vital energy that rides the vehicle of the breath; Yama means control. This meditation does not involve vigorous breathing exercises like one might find in a hatha yoga class, but rather works with subtle techniques to powerfully enhance and deepen the meditative state. 62 minutes of gentle music follow the guidance, allowing for an extended session of meditation.
