This one focuses on the possibility of consciously transiting our states of being – primarily the one of passing from our ordinary waking state to the state of dream.  Abilities gained here also assist the possibility of consciously transiting the Bardo at death.  A key lies in anchoring in the subtle (astral) body.

There is also a somewhat longer question and answer session.  As it usually happens, no matter timbre of the question, the answers are always bigger than the question, allowing for a deeper and sometimes surprising response.
