This is the transcript of the Summer Solstice 2014 Retreat.

We are going to be in increasingly deep connection with the Nirvikalpa Samadhi, using the luxury of the entire day to establish our connection to the state of Nirvikalpa and to become firmly placed and seated within it. The Nirvikalpa is a transcendent supraconscious state. It originates deep in sahasrara. The trick of merging with the Self and merging with the Self at the crown of the head is that once you move into the upper sahasrara,the updraft of spiritual force is so strong that the second you touch it, you’ll instantaneously be drawn upward with such force that you’ll be pulled out of the body. When a person is in the opening stages of spiritual training, the swiftness of that updraft force is overwhelming, and the person’s consciousness will be pulled out of the body. This first bindhu right at the crown of the head is the vibration of the Self.

Above that is the second bindhu, the MahaKundalini – Infinite Consciousness in the form of the kundalini; it’s Divine grace. At the base of the spine the MahaKundalini takes the form of the coiled serpent. That takes the form of almost a nuclear explosion. But the MahaKundalini at the crown of the head is Infinite Consciousness.
