The Astral Body

This is the opening teaching from the 2011 India Yatra, in which Mark defines what the Astral Body, or subtle physical body is, and helps us frame our relationship to it more clearly than ever before.   In this talk, he explains that the astral body is the body in which we go through eternity.  He also emphasizes the importance of switching our attention from the physical body to the astral body as we go through life and pursue spiritual practice.   5 star talk!
