The Vernal Equinox Kundalini Intensive

Mark Griffin timed this Intensive precisely to coincide with the Vernal Spring Equinox, as that is the arising of the Earth’s Kundalini energy.  This was a wonderful exposition of how to work with the Kundalini energy inside one’s system, and how the Kundalini is the great purifier which clears out emotional attachment to binding memories and samskaras like nothing else can.  Mark also presented an in-depth explanation of the architecture of the subtle body, including the description of the bindhu and the mahachakra, or crown chakra.
