Three Bodhicitta Meditations

Mark Griffin holds the Bodhicitta as one of the core teachings of the Hard Light Center of Awakening.  These three meditations reveal different facets of the Bodhicitta, like a jewel turned to reveal different angles, each expresses a unique aspect of the whole.  Together they provide a very deep understanding, as well as offering spiritual transmission of the experience.

I – This first volume in the series gives an overview of what the Bodhicitta is, and brings inspiration as to why it should be studied and meditated upon.

II – Introduces the technique of merging the white and red drops of the Bodhicitta in the heart, as well as why this practice provides a doorway to enlightenment at the moment of death.

III – The technique of merging the white and red drops is further developed as a guided meditation in the third volume of this series.
