What Is Shaktipat?

This talk is excerpted from the Gurupurnima Intensive held July 28th, 2007, and goes into stunning detail about what the Divine Initiation known as Shaktipat is all about. This awakening of the kundalini is a transmission of grace from the Siddha lineage of Gurus. This is an inspirational message for those who have received Shaktipat, as well as a great prelude for those considering attending their first Intensive.

Track Two of this CD is a guided meditation on the breath: 15 minutes of guidance followed by 10 minutes of music for meditation. This meditation is also available as a separate CD entitles “The Breath”.
