This is the transcript of a one-day intensive Mark Griffin gave on the winter solstice on December 21, 2013.

“Here on the wheel we are constantly witnessing the flow of countless conditions and qualities that are generating the appearance of creation, sustenance, and dissolution. The most pervasive speech that speaks to this incredible flow of events, we see in nature. In all forms of spiritual study, we are prompted and advised to observe and witness nature for the purest speech, the purest expression of the spirit, as it manifests the cycle of creation and dissolution. In nature, the most prominent expression of speech is the flow of the seasons: spring through summer, fall, and winter. Spring clearly being the expression of creation, of birth, and the birth of countless new forms coming into life. Summer is the sustained day, and the unfoldment of that life. Autumn is the impulse of decay, and winter, death.
