“The essence of spiritual life lies in the recognition and realization of the vast energies that arise within one’s mind and body. This is the simple essence of meditation. Sitting quietly, and turning within, and illuminating that landscape.” -Meditation Master Mark Griffin
Why Do Sadhana?
“When we address the question “Why do Sadhana?”, the answer comes back that it is the only approach to life that has a genuine chance, a genuine opportunity to completely change, to completely improve one’s condition.”
What Is Shaktipat?
“This is the way the Guru Shakti works. It does not generate a recourse to a system of beliefs, it absolutely does not create a new religion. It simply breathes the life of truth into you, and you are transformed. This takes place from the inside out. The quality of this touch, this knock on the door, this wake up call, is called Shaktipat. The word Shaktipat translates very beautifully as “descent of Grace.”
Prana, SoHam, and the Four Bodies
“The ground to be cultivated and awakened is one’s own life, one’s own form, one’s own being. And therefore, all the parts of one’s self are involved in the awakening process. This is the essence of mysticism and the entire idea of the SoHam.”
